Staff Augmentation/ Subcontracting /Contract Staffing: Staff Augmentation, or better known as subcontracting, is primarily outsourcing of manpower on a skill requirement basis or project completion basis for a limited period of time.

Temporary staffing is an area where employers can make efficient large scale strategic savings on staffing requirements. The temporary staffing agencies will place temporary staff according to contracts available. Hire-Train-Deploy Model (HTD): H-T-D program is project where in Client and Shipro jointly work as partners towards a common goal of fulfilling the resource requirement with regards to IT professionals trained on various levels as specified by client on a contract employment model.

Shipro Staffing Solutions

Contract to Hire: It is a hybrid of contract and direct hire. It allows the client to test the candidate for a predetermined period of time. During the contract period, the talent is employed by the staffing firm.

At the end of that set period, the employer decides if the contractor will be hired as a permanent employee or dismiss the contractor. Once a permanent position is offered and accepted, talent transition from the staffing agency’s payroll to the client’s payroll.
